This is one of the easiest sweet recipes you would ever try. Infact you can also play around in this recipe with varied proportions of dry fruits. So here goes the recipe for sugar free dry fruit rolls.

Sugar Free Dry Fruit Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

Almonds 1/2 cup

Cashew nut 1/2 cup

Pistachio 1/2 cup

Dates Seedless 1 cup

Raisins 1/3 cup

Dried Apricots 1/4 cup

Honey 3 tablespoon

Poppy seeds 2 tablespoon for coating

Preparations steps for Dry Fruit Rolls:

Grind together almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio. Then keep them aside.

Now grind dates, raisins and dried apricots into smooth texture.

Take a bowl and blend both the mixtures together.

Transfer the mixture onto a butter paper or foil, roll to shape into cylinder, tie the ends and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Remove the paper or foil, and coat the roll with poppy seeds.

Slice and serve!
