Sugar Free Dry Fruit Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
Almonds 1/2 cup
Cashew nut 1/2 cup
Pistachio 1/2 cup
Dates Seedless 1 cup
Raisins 1/3 cup
Dried Apricots 1/4 cup
Honey 3 tablespoon
Poppy seeds 2 tablespoon for coating
Preparations steps for Dry Fruit Rolls:
Grind together almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio. Then keep
them aside.
Now grind dates, raisins and dried apricots into smooth
texture.
Take a bowl and blend both the mixtures together.
Transfer the mixture onto a butter paper or foil, roll to
shape into cylinder, tie the ends and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove the paper or foil, and coat the roll with poppy
seeds.
Slice and serve!
